"I had an issue with the Mcds app, staff was helpful but the issue could not be resolved in the program. The Manager, Tamika, stepped up to address the issue with courtesy and professionalism. The food was highest quality. Very impressed."

"I am always extremely pleased and satisfied every time I visit this McDonald’s. The food is consistently fresh and well prepared, which really makes a difference. The management does an amazing job, and it truly shows through the super friendly, welcoming, and professional staff. The inside of the restaurant is always clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Service is quick and efficient without ever feeling rushed. I especially love that whenever I order a cookie tote with 13 cookies, they are always freshly baked and warm, which is such a great touch. Overall, this location truly stands out, and I always leave happy and completely satisfied with my experience."

"I've been coming to this McD at 6000 Lake Worth Rd for years. They employ a lot of people. I've seen the franchise owner here, sitting at a table, meeting with the staff. They seem to treat people well. Just like any restaurant, sometimes they get slammed with customers. Drive thru, inside, online orders, Doordash. Since they are open 24 hours (drive thru), expect a line if you show up at 11 pm on Friday night. But overall, they seem to handle everything relatively well. I'm posting the manager's info in the pic."

"This was October 19 th and McDonald's had terrible service this day. I ordered my food on the electronic booth. It took them over 20 minutes to get me my food and they forgot the drink I was told they were going to bring me my drink and they never did I had to go to the counter and flag down an employee to tell them I never received my food. As I waited for the food I saw an employee toss a bag of food to a customer annoyed that he didn't hear when he was called to pick it up. This day McDonald's was a total mess. And was very annoyed that the half hour waiting for my food made me late to where I had to go."

"Looking for Disney Toys for my 4yr old this store gave no problem told me they had some & when I got to the pay here window the girl went and got me a bunch of toys and told me to tell my daughter to enjoy them (didn’t even charge or force us into making a purchase). Not knowing she was in the back seat she screamed happiness & said thank you!!!!! That’s real customer service."

"The ones taking orders, taking cash, are two different people. They were very nice. The one handing out the food had the attitude. But the food was hot, correct. Drink is where the food handler had the attitude. I asked for lite ice, which they did. But she didn't fill it to the top, which I asked her to do. She snatched out of my hand. Acted like she filled it up and gave it right back to me like the first time. The first picture was when i got it the first time. The second picture was when she gave it back the second time. I know it was just alittle bit. But that's not the point. If I wasn't a nice person. I would have thrown it at her. But, that's McDonald's for you. There is always one with the attitude. So, sorry. She cost you three stars."
